A free OpenGL game based on the Super Nintendo classic Tetris AttackA OpenGL action/puzzle game in which you rush to eliminate colored blocks before they fill your screen. | This is a good game to play when I have too much frustration and I need a short break. I do wish for a more formal description of the block matching algorithm (via term rewriting maybe?), as I'm convinced there are some inconsistencies, but I haven't gotten motivated enough to browse the code for details. I have played this game way too much, for proof, see my high score of 5246 points. |

| Today I finally beat the 600-point high-score. I've only ever played the game in solo mode, but it is undoubtedly one of the most addictive games I've ever played in my life. Yes, having to completely exit and type "crack-attack --solo" in a terminal between each game is annoying; yes, having to jump through hoops in order to get sound enabled (for those not using RPM-based distros at least) is annoying; but it transcends all of that by simply being so damn good! | |||
