Stellar Forces is a squad-level, turn based multi-player strategy game

Stellar Forces is a two-player turn based game. Once a game has been set up and players matched together using the website, they then proceed to equip and deploy their units. Using the client, then they take turns moving their units with the intention of being the first to complete their mission, of which serveral are available.

GPL I think. Looks like the author forgot to include a link to that on the game's homepage.
