Anyone has a clue how to compile the sourcode? There is no usable makefile shipped with the source package.

there is more than a passing similarty in the graphics screen shot in this game, to another game called Enrapture...

something Dubious is going on ...

    info
especially as they plan to release it as a commercial product, hope they're not pinching source code as well as the 3d models ...

    example

This is from the author of Enrapture. The similarties you can notice in some of the 3D models is true, and my only comment to that is: i guess both the Author of GGELITE and myself dont have the time to spend months on createing nice looking 3D models so we use free 3D models that can be found on the internet. And i give all the authors of Free 3D models credits in my game. If it were not for them i had not even bother to start a project of this magnitude on my own. By the way the address to the Enrapture site is: http://hem.bredband.net/janqva /Jan Qvarnstrom

How do I fix this? posted by Anonymous @ 66.186.168.243 on Jul 21 2002 11:40 AM
I love the engine, very nice, and the size of ever thing is right to scale, I just have problem. If I try to fly to a planet, or Moon, and then increase time, after I while I get this error "%Uncaught exception NSGenericException, reason : Could not find bitmap file whitespaceAndNLCharset" Dose this mean I'm missing files, or did I just screw up when I setted it up? I use KDE2, but I don't think that's the issue. Be great if someone could help me on this.

The binary version is not stable. I tried to statically link all the library (except openGL) into one big binary. But I didn't realize that GNUstep-base expects a lot of resource files.
